16.2 Para resolver cualquier controversia o conflicto que se derive de las presentes Condiciones Generales, LA PRINCIPAL MALLORCA SL presentará los criterios establecidos por la legislación aplicable a los consumidores y usuarios.

17. Discount code.

Discount codes are for one-time use per purchase.

Discount codes are for one-time use and lose their validity after completing the order.

The redemption of discount codes is only possible during the purchase process. Once the order is finalized, no changes can be made.

Discount codes may be subject to a minimum purchase amount.

Discount codes have a limited validity period.

Discount codes can be linked to certain brands, categories or promotions.

In case of return or cancellation of the order, the redeemed discount code will lose its validity.
