15.2 In the event that any clause of these Conditions of Use is declared void, the other clauses will remain in force and will be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the purpose of these Conditions. LA PRINCIPAL MALLORCA SL may not exercise any of the rights and powers conferred in this document, which will not imply in any case the waiver of them unless explicitly acknowledged by LA PRINCIPAL MALLORCA SL or through the corresponding legal application in each case.


16. Legislación aplicable y resolución de conflictos

16.1 Las presentes Condiciones Generales se rigen por la legislación española. En concreto. Ley 7/1998, 13 de abril, de las Condiciones Generales de los Contratos (Condiciones Generales de Contratación), del Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, que aprueba la Ley General de Consumidores y Usuarios de Derechos (Ley General Para La Defensa de Consumidores y Usuarios) y otras leyes complementarias, el Real Decreto 1906/1999, 17 de diciembre 1999 que regula el teléfono o la contratación electrónica con condiciones generales (Contratación Telefónica o electrónica con condiciones Generales), la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de protección de los datos personales (Protección de Datos de Carácter personal), la Ley 7/1996, de 15 de enero para la Regulación de minoristas (Ordenación del comercio Minorista) y la Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de comercio electrónico (Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico).

16.2 Para resolver cualquier controversia o conflicto que se derive de las presentes Condiciones Generales, LA PRINCIPAL MALLORCA SL presentará los criterios establecidos por la legislación aplicable a los consumidores y usuarios.
